What materials do you use?
plated chain, silver fill earring wire, and silver fill toggles. Pendants and bands are silver plate. Our pearl bracelets feature Swarovski brand synthetic pearls. Watches feature mother of pearl faces with Citizen quartz movement, backed by a one year warranty.
Are watches waterproof or water resistant?
No. Watch faces are not waterproof or water resistant.
How may I place an order?
Orders are accepted through our secure website, email, or by phone.
How long does it take to process orders?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours of ordering; however some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified within 24 hours of processing. Orders ship via USPS Monday through Friday 9a-4p PAC except for holidays. All retail orders are subject to a 1-2 day processing time. ALL wholesale orders are processed based on our standard 3-4 week lead time. Please note that all requests for expedited shipping are subject to item availability.
After an order is placed, what should I expect?
You will receive an order confirmation number and an approximate total at the conclusion of your order process. An email address must be provided to obtain a tracking number.
When do U.S. Domestic orders arrive?
Standard shipping may arrive between 2-9 business days. Express shipping arrives between 1-3 business days, and cost varies by weight and value. The carrier may require a confirmation signature. Packages sent to PO boxes will ship via USPS only.

What types of payments do you accept?
We welcome the following methods of payment: Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Orders paid by personal or cashier's check will not ship until the check has been received and processed.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know so that we can take care of you. Please contact us for a return/exchange number: (562) 426-9774 or firstname.lastname@example.org We will gladly provide a refund, exchange, or store credit for items in original condition and accompanied by a packing slip within 30 days of receipt date. Please note custom pieces are final sale. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returned items. Unless the order is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I make a return and how will returns be handled?
Please complete the return/exchange form and ship it to us with the original receipt attached. returns will be applied to the original method of payment. Purchases made via credit card will be refunded to the same card. Transactions paid by check or cash will be issued a check. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for returns processing. Exchanges will ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of return items. You will receive a ship notification and tracking number via email. Please contact us for a return number.
How can I return gifts?
No problem! Please complete the return exchange form for item exchange or for store credit. A merchandise credit for the amount paid for the item, less shipping costs, will be emailed/mailed to you. Please contact us for an exchange number.
What happens if an item is damaged? May I get it repaired?
Your satisfaction with our products is our priority. All watch faces are backed by a one year warranty (proof of original purchase must be provided). If an item is determined to be defective, we will gladly provide repairs free of charge. Depending on the nature of the damage, we will provide services for free or contact you before any charges are incurred. Please feel free to contact us for further details. If a watch face is physically damaged by the customer or is past the one year warranty, replacement faces can be purchased and installed for a $25 fee, subject to sales tax. o Please print, complete, and send the following repair form along with a copy of original sales receipt and repair items. o Please contact us for a return number.
How do you take care and clean the jewelry?
Silver Spoon pieces have a unique, oxidized finish to preserve an antique charm. Regular wear will keep the products tarnish-free. Extended periods of non-use and exposure to elements may result in some tarnishing. However, a soft polishing cloth will clean your pieces effectively. Chains may be washed with mild soapy water. Please be aware watch faces are not water resistant. We do not recommend the use of jewelry dipping solutions as they may be abrasive to the finish or the delicate findings.
